If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Because our stones are natural and hand-selected, slight variations in shape, texture, or color are normal and part of their authenticity — not considered defects. We cannot accept returns due to personal preference or natural variations.
